Primed surface ready to receive plaster
2 base layers of plaster add depth and texture prior to compression
Marble veining, or topcoat application, gets added on and compressed in the surface to the desired sheen.
Hand painted veining, gold leaf, and airbrushing are added
Finally, a wax topcoat is applied to protect the plaster while maintaining breathability.
